Rendezvous Rye is not chill filtered, a cosmetic step used to remove the natural oils that cause a haze when whiskey gets cold. This also removes flavor, texture, and the lingering finish we really enjoy. If you see a harmless “haze” in Rendezvous Rye, just swirl the bottle and it will go away.

Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
