This wine was blended with 50% Cabernet Franc, 48% Merlot & 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. According to the producer’s notes, the 2010 Cheval Blanc has a dark, intense colour and a superbly deep, complex, and concentrated nose typical of great Cabernet Franc. Many wine critics and writers have referred to this wine as the best of the 2010 vintage in Bordeaux, and this vintage has been called one of the greatest of all time.
