Chateau Trianon is a beautiful 17th Century estate located in Saint Emilion. Dominique Hebrard, the previous owner of renowned Chateau Cheval Blanc – first growth in St Emilion, took over Chateau Trianon 20 years ago and brought this sleeping beauty to a high level with substantial investment made in the vineyard. Winemaking facilities worthy of the quality of the fruit were built, including a high-tech winery and barrel cellar.
Surrounded by the most prestigious estates of the appellation, Dominique Hebrard decided to associate with Gordon Ramsay to open a restaurant and boutique hotel in the old castle of the estate. The already famous Trianon is promised to become one of the flagships of the appellation.
