The Cooper’s Choice Caol Ila 8 years old 2012 Bourbon Cask Matured is an Islay single malt from the Caol Ila distillery bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice (Vintage Malt Whisky Company). It was bottled in 2021 at natural cask strength of 55% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 330 bottles.
