Dalmore 12 Year Old is aged initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks for 9 years, before half is transferred and aged an additional 3 years in ex-oloroso sherry casks. The result is a combination of sweet flavours including honey and chocolate, and rich, sherry notes. A long, persistent finish with chocolate coffee flavours.
