The Glenfarclas Family Cask 1990 S21 is a single cask release from the popular Family Cask vintage series. One of 615 bottles produced after speaning nearly 31 years aging with sherry butts. This special edition has a nose that has notes of black cherries, dates, leather, dusty books and dark chocolate. On the palate, there are deep flavours of cherries, chocolate, and a pleasant wood spice. The finish is long and dry with notes of chocolate, coffee, plums, and leather.
