Our warehouse staff are highly trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications that we supply. Your products will go through an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being shipped. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across multiple countries. This is a sign of our dedication to being the largest online retailer globally. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.
Prior to shipment We will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
